We love a golden hash served straight up at Westmont. But when we’re feeling fancy, we will jazz it up with some sweet tang, spice and sour cream. We call it the Hash Royale.
- Hash brown
- Sour cream
- Aussie Gherkin
- Chilli Juice
1. Cook your hash in a skillet or sandwich press
2. While cooking, combine sour cream with Westmont Jalapeños
3. Slap down a dollop of your spicy sour cream
4. Top with some sliced Aussie Gherkins and your favourite kimchi
5. Add a splash of Chilli Juice
6. Dig in!
